  We will consult widely to ensure that the views of our stakeholders are properly considered in developing or reviewing services. We will work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve better outcomes.

  We will be accountable and take responsibility for what we do.

• Feedback
  We will seek regular feedback from stakeholders using both formal and informal processes.
