How to access PSC support
Early Childhood Services Helpline
PSCWA hosts a Helpline for early childhood services and professionals. The Helpline creates a central point for all services and their employees to call which streamlines the response to childcare related queries. The Helpline assists with accessing training, professional development requests and quality assurance support.
The PSCWA Helpline provides a direct response, where possible, or refers requests to a Professional Support Service Provider (PSSP) or Inclusion Support Agencies (ISA).
Services requiring inclusion or bicultural support should initially access this assistance through the PSCWA Helpline. Such requests will then be referred to the relevant Inclusion Support Agency which will help the service identify the most appropriate support for their needs.
