2012 Enhancing Leadership in Children's Services - Expression of Interest

• Are you interested in building your leadership skills?
• Do you think you could have an impact on the quality of care provided in your service through the development of your leadership skills?

This series of workshops will enhance your leadership through the hope and optimism development program where you will spend time focusing on your leadership, and learning strategies to enhance the influence you have on others. There will be opportunities to reflect on the program and assess its effectiveness to your work. Coaching sessions are also provided to leaders throughout this learning journey to enhance the success of your leadership development.

Cost: $250 per participant
