YMCA Perth - Institute of Education and Training
So far the Y has provided a number of workshops around the metro area as part of the effort to build capacity in the Children’s Services sector, and there has been some excellent feedback received from participants and Directors alike.
The Y has also happily taken on the challenge of providing support to regional and remote services, having recently provided support to a service in Kununurra. In the coming months workshops will also be delivered in Kalgoorlie, Derby and Broome. The Y is continually exploring ways of making support more accessible, particularly to regional services, and is currently trialling some online options which should be available on a wider basis soon.
As the YMCA expands its involvement with PSCWA and the Children’s Services sector it would welcome any feedback or comments via phone: (08) 9473 8400 or Email: training.perth@ymca.org.au
